My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, close to the city center and with convenient access to various amenities. The rooms were quite basic, without windows, and I had a water issue in the morning that wasn't handled well by the supervisor. On the bright side, the service staff made an effort to accommodate my requests, changing my room to a quieter and more spacious one. The dining options were limited, but the hotel facilities were adequate.
